Despatch of Completed Application Forms

The completed application form, a copy of the GATE scorecard, and the SC/ST/PD certificate from appropriate authority, if applicable, should be mailed to The Chairman, GATE-JAM Office, IIT KHARAGPUR, KHARAGPUR 721 302 (W.B), so as to reach on or before 20 April 2012 (Friday). The applicant is advised to keep a copy of the completed application form for his/her record.

Joint MTECH/MCP-PhD Admission-2012 should be inscribed at the left hand top corner of the mailing cover.



Important Note : Application form received after the deadline due to postal delay or any other unforseen reason will not be entertained
